I previously talked to Joe Vetrano and when it was time to sell we decided he was the best realtor to list our home. He really knows the area and is a very hard worker, which is so important in real estate sales. We assumed that with the virus limiting people’s activities and with the intense early desert heat, that our home wouldn’t sell until the fall. Of course, I didn’t take into consideration that my realtor was the BEST around. Joe sold our condo for a very fair price to us and our buyers.
